TCS had concepted an innovative enterprise process automation platform, but needed UX/UI design and marketing expertise to bring it to life.
Agents (project managers) and Gatekeepers (workers) were the two user groups we identified initially. I worked with the business and engineering teams to develop wireframes, lo-fi and ultimately hi-fidelity mockups showing the workflow of each user group. I also produced marketing materials such as the video below to better brand and highlight the value of the product.
