After meeting with the team at //GetHelp and taking notes on their current site versus what they envisioned — a more modern, simplified, and streamlined experience — I gave the site a complete design overhaul, making the form process as simple and straightforward as possible while rewriting the site copy to become more human readable, friendly and casual.
